King Shock Cylinder Retaining Rings?are used to secure reservoir end caps within the reservoir cylinder and seal heads within the shock body cylinder. These spring loaded retaining rings (or circle clips) snap into grooves machined in the reservoirs and shock cylinders. They do not need to be replaced during service unless they are lost, damaged, or heavily corroded.
