Inside your SPA Technique MFE75, MFE 400 and LWE 75SC electrically discharged bottles there is a flexible pick-up tube with a weighted end. This tube draws AFFF agent from within the bottle when you discharge your system. It is designed to find the lowest position inside the bottle regardless of your vehicle's orientation to the ground.
